Description:

This position maintains personnel and organizational data, processes personnel actions, and provides support directly to supervisors and HR Business Partners.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Analyze and process HR data change requests for the US, UK and Canada. This requires broad knowledge of HR processes, policies, procedures and business unit specific benefit and pay practices. Determine if complete and accurate information was submitted or if follow up is needed.

  • Partner with Payroll and know the payroll processing schedules for each country. Ensure data changes are processed within payroll deadlines and understand the various data changes that impact pay.

  • Understand downstream impacts of all data transactions. Identify potential issues and work resolution with the appropriate team.

  • Analyze various data integrity audit reports to ensure system accuracy, work with various process and data owners to remediate issues.

  • Work closely with the Expatriate Team to ensure data for expatriate employees is entered timely and accurately for payroll processes. Identifiy areas of improvement in expatriate process and consults on how to make improvements.

  • Responsible for the complex processing and coordination of payroll country transferred employees. Work with various countries to ensure requests have been submitted and processed timely and accurately. Communicate transfer details to various groups as needed.

  • Maintain the SAP HR organization structure. Ensure that positions and organizations are available when needed and positon attributes and reporting relationship structures are defined properly.

  • Consult with HR Business Partners and managers during acquisitions, divestitures and business reorganizations to ensure changes are received and processed accurately and timely.

  • Partner with the SAP IT team to complete FIT testing to ensure successful delivery of SAP changes and enhancements

  • Assist with SAP HR data reporting

  • Work with HRPBs to ensure VCIP codes are properly assigned

  • Review knowledge center articles and update or create new articles as needed

  • Utilize ServiceNow ticket system to respond to customers

  • Identify and implement process improvements

  • Participate on project efforts as needed

  • Ensure global data privacy laws and company privacy policies are followed.

Qualifications:

Basic/Required:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • 1 years of HR experience or data processing experience

  • 1 years of experience working with an ERP system such as SAP or Oracle

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Have an understanding of the data privacy laws and implications of non-compliance

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
