This position will provide support for maintenance to SAP Vendor Master Records.
Responsibilities may include:
Create new vendors and update vendor master records in Global SAP by utilizing Vendor MasterMinder.
Resolve iPay invoice exceptions related to vendor master records.
Respond to Vendor and Business Unit inquiries and resolve issues through research and analysis of the vendor master record and invoice.
Identify and research vendor master records that appear to be duplicated or contain inconsistent information.
Assist with special projects related to vendor master clean-up.
Ensure appropriate internal controls are maintained at all times
Legally authorized to work in the United States
1 years of accounts payable experience
Experience with SAP Vendor MasterMinder
Intermediate level of proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office tools
Strong analytical and problem solving skills in order to analyze a variety of issues to determine the appropriate course of action, initiate resolution and monitor to completion.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to handle detailed work within tight deadlines
Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
