Description:

The HR (Human Resources) Analytics Manager leads the corporate center of excellence in data analytics supporting HR and people related strategies. The position makes tangible, enterprise level impacts through innovative and transformational business insights derived through data analytics. Develop strategic partnerships and provide consultation to business units across the enterprise. Responsible for HR data analytics functional excellence inclusive of roadmap and training programs. Partner and collaborate with Information Technology (IT) on enterprise data integration, software, and emerging technology solutions related to HR data analytics.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Responsible for the HR data analytics strategy, inclusive of building a team of data analysts, growing and developing a community of HR practitioners and prioritizing HR data analytics projects.

  • Quantitatively and qualitatively, bring a data driven approach to support the identification of alternatives and development of business solutions to human resources and people related projects across the corporation.

  • Key thought leader in shaping the company employee feedback strategy and mining results for key business insights.

  • Driving a “data-driven” culture

  • Partner with the IT’s Analytics Innovation Center of Excellence and other ConocoPhillips teams to deploy analytics/data-related initiatives

  • Model adaptability by responding resourcefully, flexibly and positively when faced with new challenges and demands. Bring clarity to unstructured and ambiguous problems.

  • Experience presenting to executive audiences

  • Manage budget forecasts, capital and operational expenditures.

Qualifications:

Basic/Required:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, MIS or related discipline

  • 3 years of experience with data analytics strategy design and implementation

  • Advanced level of proficiency in visualization and data analytics tools such as Spotfire and Statistica.

Preferred:

  • 5 years supervisory experience

  • 7 years of experience with data analytics strategy design and implementation, preferably HR-specific

  • Familiarity with global data privacy requirements

  • Experience with data mining and/or predictive analytics and applying statistical or machine learning

  • Familiarity with robotics process automation

  • Demonstrated ability to visualize, present, and communicate ideas to all levels of an organization

  • Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments

  • Analyzes stakeholder needs, global, political, and market trends to understand how they shape the future and impact business results

  • Developing technology or feedback strategies and roadmaps and implementing those strategies in some area
