Description

The Global Meeting Technology team consists of subject matter experts with wide-ranging experience and expertise with responsibility for Conference room design, architecture, and globally applied standards; Execution of Executive, Local, and Global town hall productions, for both Live, in person and Live Broadcast consumption; Management of Digital signage platforms, IPTV systems, Way Finding platforms, and AV Monitoring platforms; Administration of back end servers and applications like Crestron Fusion, Industry Weapon, and Cloud offerings (Microsoft Skype Broadcast and Microsoft Stream). In accordance with Core SPIRIT values as specified by ConocoPhillips.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Critical thinking, planning, meticulous design, architecture, and documentation of conference, townhall, and specialty spaces based on global business needs

  • Critical thinking, planning, meticulous design, architecture, and documentation of digital streaming, IPTV, sound masking, digital wayfinding

  • Documentation and maintenance of all meeting technology architecture and design standards for global use

  • Create training materials and support documentation for conference, townhall, specialty spaces, MediaPlatform, Industry Weapon and Skype Services for end user consumption and first-level local support staff

  • Act as liaison with Global counterparts to ensure conference room and live event continuity

  • Provide global/regional remote support for Live Production Events

  • Provide global/regional project management, design, and implementation of large Audio-Visual projects with local business units

  • New product research and evaluation, strategy definition, Vendor/ConocoPhillips technology road maps and vendor management

  • Evaluate, Implement, document, administer, and maintain cloud solutions, ex. Microsoft O365 Skype Broadcast and Microsoft Stream, Webcaster, MediaPlatform, Teams Live

  • Maintain and document back-end infrastructure for Crestron Fusion, Polycom, Industry Weapon, Hive, Microsoft Stream, Conference Room and Skype Room System Monitoring, InterCall, MediaPlatform and Asset Management

  • Accountability for multiple Enterprise Services i.e. Skype for Business, Skype Broadcast, Integrated Voice, Event Zero

  • Provide on-demand meeting and live event support expertise, for Senior Level Executive support

  • Travel required for Business Unit projects/support and for Live Productions

  • 24x7 Tier 3 escalation and support from local and regional sites, providing: troubleshooting, consultation, configuration, and vendor point of contact

  • 24x7x365 support for Corporate Emergency Operations Center

Qualifications:

Basic/Required:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • 5 years of IT experience

  • 5 years of experience working with Live Audio and Video Production including:

  • Live Audio equipment i.e. sound boards, speakers, microphones, audio capture devices

  • Video cameras, switches, video capture devices, broadcast

  • Event Lighting

  • Staging/Design

  • Advanced knowledge of and exposure to the following applications/tools:

  • Active Directory

  • Basic Networking

  • ServiceNow

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • SharePoint

  • Crestron Fusion

  • Willing and able to travel up to 10%

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical related field

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and SCCM/SCOM

  • Advanced knowledge of and exposure with Windows Server

  • Good teambuilding and networking skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and execute well in high visibility situations

  • High level of personal accountability

  • Must show flexibility in work environment

  • Demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrable ability to influence

  • Ability to handle and coordinate multiple projects and priorities

  • Crestron Certifications and or CTS certification

  • Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right
