Create, maintain, and develop best practices for OLAs (SAP rate sheets). Support the mission of Supply Chain Global Shared Services for effective and efficient transactional procurement. Accountable for ensuring all OLA related requests are complete to accuracy per agreed upon service level agreement.
This position can sit in either Houston, TX or Bartlesville, OK.
Responsibilities may include:
Ensure efficient OLA creation/maintenance meeting BU requirements
Confirm timely and accurate rates, while enabling efficient supplier invoice reconciliation
Manage OFS Portal processes and collaborate with suppliers on resolving outstanding issues and improving efficiency of transactions
Collaborate with BUs and Suppliers to upgrade process of collecting and validating supplier rates for OLAs in support of an effective and efficient R2P process, furthermore enabling PO automation
Ensure all process and training documents for OLAs are accurately maintained on the R2P Training or SC NOE sites
Provide training, assist in troubleshooting, and set best practices for BUs that self-manage OLAs
Legally authorized to work in the United States
3 years of SAP experience with daily hands-on transactions executed
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Oil and gas supply chain experience with understanding of how OLAs are used in R2P process
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business or related field
Proficient knowledge of R2P process, including SAP PS, PM, MM
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, self-directed, and self-managed contributor
Consistently meets high standards of quality, performance and productivity
Ability to independently act and liaise with key personnel to process OLA requests
Excellent customer service skills
