Qualifications:

Basic Purpose/Accountabilities:

Focal person to track and monitor cost incurred per contract, AFE and budget. Position works closely with various departments such as Drilling, Subsurface, Procurement and Finance.

Primary Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Main Finance contact for cost tracking on the operated businesses

  • Prepare and monitor cost incurred based on value of work done

  • Tracks internal and partners’ AFE for work done

  • Provides support for monthly accruals and cash calls based on work done/invoices received, etc.

  • Tracks contracts and manages inventory balances

  • Preparation of monthly asset presentations / performance reports

  • Prepare and monitor AFEs

  • Focal person for BU TWAs, coordinating with requester and Houston, and preparation of monthly reports

  • Develop effective relationships with both internal and external partners / stakeholders

  • Updates the monthly ACV reports for submission to MPM and users

  • Responsible for service entries and Purchase Request into SAP (MM module) and checking of invoices to contracts and POs, including rate validation

  • Liaising with vendors to issue invoices and to clear any issues before payments are made

  • Conduct the financial evaluations on all bidders for the operated projects

  • Updates the daily cost report during the Drilling campaign and weekly cost meeting with Drilling team
